Many customer want to find LED Tube 1500mm,5ft  to replace 58W Osram or GE fluorescent tube, but difficult to find it, why?

Reason is below:

Customer want to find using LED Tube with internal led driver, and certainly it should pass CE, TUV, UL certification.

If customer don't have CE, TUV certification requirement,  it will be very easy to fulfil this request.

Using 484pcs SMD3528 LED , the LED current set in 18MA, then LED tube output power can reach 27W, assume that the led power efficiency is 100LM/2, it have 2700LM, it is ok. Using this solution, you need use two internal led drivers,(If you don't know why need two led drivers, send email to us),but if you use two internal led driver, the this LED tube can't pass CE EMC test. So this is the problem.

So  if you need CE, TUV certification, you can't use this solution, that is to say, use internal led driver to fulfil 2800LM ,at the same time pass CE certification, is almost impossible,.

Another solution is to use external led driver, actually in the long time view, the LED technology will replace fluorescent tube technology. So invest to use new solution LED External led driver t5/ t8/t19/t10/t12 tube is valued to save you much money.
